WCG colleges across Worcestershire are opening their doors to prospective students at a series of open events from 1-3 May.
The college group, which was rated Good in its lastest Ofsted report, is holding the
open events at Evesham, Malvern Hills and Pershore campuses for students of all ages, at all study levels, whether they are leaving school or looking for an apprenticeship, part-time or higher education course.
With hundreds of subjects, study options and apprenticeships available, WCG Worcestershire offers one of the broadest ranges of opportunities in the area and the open events give prospective students the chance to get the information they need to decide which course is right for them.
Visitors can talk to current students and tutors, view facilities and find out more about college life. The college’s friendly, impartial student advisers will be also on standby to offer confidential advice on careers and opportunities available.
Visitors to Evesham College will also be able to view the new specialist engineering centre due to launch on 25 April. The new facility, which will offer a dynamic range of engineering-based courses from September 2018, includes a metrology and mechanical science laboratory, a fully equipped CAD suite including 3D printer – which will be in action – as well a refurbished workshop area.
To find out about school leaver courses, apprenticeships and degrees at its Worcestershire colleges this March, simply book a place online at www.wcg.ac.uk/openevents to avoid the queues, or just drop in during the times listed below:
