A tour of Pershore College will be held on Wednesday 8 July from 7-8.30pm, where guests will have the chance to explore the college which is celebrating 60 years of horticultural excellence.
The free tour and taste will give local people the opportunity to uncover 60 years of history at the college, as well as finding out more about Pershore’s future ambitions, study options and facilities.
As well as education, Pershore College is widely recognised for its premium produce such as its award-winning apple juice and cider, which will be available for guests to sample.
The 60 hectare site offers outstanding facilities which can be explored during the tour, including extensive gardens and grounds, modern controlled glasshouses and the specialist animal unit. The broad range of study options will also be discussed during the tour of the site, and guests will also be able to view the college’s £5.8m development, due to open later this year.
Places are free, but please book your place at www.warwickshire.ac.uk/events.
