A WORCESTERSHIRE-based independent connections provider has passed a rigorous audit with flying colours.
Rock Power Connections achieved full marks across the board in its latest Achilles audit which tests the operational and management capabilities of the company through a rigorous examination process.
It is an incredible achievement, as it is rare for a business to achieve 100 percent in every audit category.
Achilles is a recognised industry standard for the utilities sector which undertakes independent audits on a company’s management systems together with its approach to Corporate Social Responsibility.
The results were a perfect 100% for Health & Safety, Environment and Quality both in the office and on a live distribution substation site.
Rock Power Connection team’s efforts were led by Jenny Parkes and Richard Johnson within the office, with input from Sharon James and John Lampitt.
Jenny Parkes said: “Rock Power Connections has just completed the annual Achilles Audit of its Management Systems at both head office and out on site.
“Scoring an outstanding 100% for both demonstrates the commitment that all Rock employees, working alongside our H&S consultant, show in delivering a quality service reliably and safely.
The site audit was conducted on a primary substation site, managed by Nick Emerson, where Rock Power Connections’ Health and Safety Consultant Lee Haysman also played a key role.
“The ease in which the audit was completed demonstrates how safety, quality and environment are firmly embedded within Rock’s daily processes and procedures,” Jenny added.
