Local tech firm, Payara Services Ltd, is excited to announce its recent nomination and shortlisting for two prestigious industry awards: Business Leader of the Year and Open Source Leader of the Year in the 2019 Tech Leaders Awards.

The awards recognise the range of talent involved in tech leadership, as well as celebrate the key innovations and achievements made throughout the year in the IT and technology industry.

The winners will be decided by an independent panel of judges and announced during an exclusive gala ceremony, bringing together hundreds of the UK’s top business and technology leaders to celebrate tech leadership, excellence and innovation.

Now in its third year, the Tech Leaders Awards dinner is being held on Thursday 12th September 2019 at the Royal Lancaster in London.

Julia Millidge, HR Manager at Payara Services Ltd said: “The entire team at Payara are extremely honoured to be nominated and shortlisted for both these categories. We are market leaders in our product and service, and these awards reflect the leadership and teamwork that has enabled that to happen.

As a business, we pride ourselves on building an inclusive culture, providing an invaluable opportunity for young people looking to enter the tech industry and supporting the local community. We embrace and encourage leadership across the business based on our core company values and having external recognition of this is great. We look forward to attending the ceremony later this year, and meeting plenty of like-minded individuals from the industry.”
